Four things your donation keeps alive
Sri Sri Radha Shyamasundara Temple, ISKCON Naperville, is supported entirely by voluntary giving. There is no membership fee and no charge at the door. The worship, the kitchen, the classrooms and the construction are all carried, day after day, by people who choose to give.
Daily worship of the Deities
The Deities are bathed, dressed and offered freshly cooked food through the day, with fresh garlands and seasonal outfits.
Prasadam for everyone who comes
A free sanctified lunch every Sunday for whoever walks through the door, and meals taken out beyond the temple walls.
Education and culture
Classes, camps, reading and kirtan groups for children, and study and discussion for adults — where devotion and character are actually formed.
The temple still being built
Phase 3 is under way. Gifts to the construction fund are held separately and go straight into the building.

Sunday Love Feast

Every Sunday the temple serves a free sanctified lunch to everyone who visits. Sponsors are announced on the day and receive the blessings of the Vaishnavas along with mahaprasadam.
Ekadasi Tulasi archana
$151 one time • $1,501 for the year
On each Ekadasi, 108 names of the Lord are chanted while 108 Tulasi leaves are offered. The offered Tulasi is then mailed to the sponsor. The annual sponsorship covers 24 Ekadasis.
Food distribution
Any amount
Sanctified food is prepared in the temple kitchen and taken out to people who need a hot meal. Gifts of any size go directly into cooking and distribution.

Mangala Arati

The first offering of the day, before dawn — sweets and thick pudding cooked with whole milk, sugar, ghee and warming spices.
Raj Bhoga

The midday offering, and the largest — rice, vegetable preparations, fresh flatbread, salad, pakoras, chutney and dessert.
Gaura Arati

The evening offering, made as the lamps are lit — vegetable preparations, puris, dal, chutney, pakoras and a dessert.

A standing monthly gift towards the upkeep, maintenance and daily services of the temple. The steadiest support we can receive.

Please tell us what your gift is for. When you send a Zelle transfer or pay by card, add the name of the offering, and the date if you have one, in the memo or note field. That is how the office knows whether your gift belongs to daily worship, a sponsored program or the construction fund.
A longer view
Leaving something behind for the generations after us
A temple is not only a building and a daily schedule. Its purpose is to give people the opportunity to understand God, to serve Him, and to associate with others who are spiritually inclined. It is the place where a child first hears a verse of the Bhagavad-gita, where a teenager finds friends who hold the same values, and where an adult who came in out of curiosity slowly finds a practice that steadies the rest of their life. Help us build such a community of care centered on devotion to Krishna.
Children’s education
Sunday school, reading groups, kirtan groups and summer camps, aimed squarely at raising responsible, resourceful and spiritually strong adults.
Study for adults
Bhakti Meetups through the week, close to home, where adults read, discuss and chant together rather than only on a Sunday.
Culture through the year
Festivals that let a whole family step into the calendar, the food, the music and the stories at the same time.
There is no separate button for this work. Education and culture are carried by the general temple fund, the same gifts that keep the altar and the kitchen going. Give by any of the methods below and it reaches all of it.
The new temple
Building Phase 3
The next phase of Sri Sri Radha Shyamasundara Temple is under construction now. Gifts to the construction fund are kept separate from temple maintenance and go directly into the building, and every gift is recorded against the phase it helped to raise.

Is my donation tax deductible?
ISKCON Naperville operates under ISKCON Temple of Greater Chicago, a religious non-profit organisation. We will issue a receipt for your donation; please check with your own tax adviser about how to treat it on your return.
